Using statements within the_loop

  • I’m curious, is something like this possible (pseudocode, obv!):

    [the_loop]
    if in category 1, don’t display
    if in category 2
    style details
    if in category 3
    style details
    else
    style details
    [loop closing statement]

    Wanting to try something like this to style certain category entries, just wondering how I might go about it …
