    Hi,

I install a wpglobe plugin and its add-on on my web website. I will buy wpglobe plus multilingual estension but before I need to solve some problems, if you can help me I will be grate for that.

I have got Hot Topix Theme
    https://themeforest.net/item/hot-topix-modern-wordpress-magazine-theme/4641602

Problems that I think are theme connected

    1) menu

Language Selector Menu does not work, only “All” selection works properly.

When I translate the Main Menu (drop down menu) all tabs are opened, the others one works properly.

    2) Widget

There isn’t icon translate in Hot Topix widget, in the other external widget estentions works properly.

I will be waiting for your reply.

    Best regards

    Nicola

    Hi,

thanks for your support. With your suggetions I solved the main menu issue but not the widgets one. I think the problem is that in Hot Topics theme the widgets folder is located in the theme folder, not in wordpress plugins folder, so WpGlobus extensions does not find them. How can I solve this issue?

I will be waiting for your reply.

    Best Regards

I have just checked Hottopix theme. Standard widgets are working correct.
Some widgets from theme are working too. But I see some PHP notices in my local logfile from theme. Maybe this is cause of incorrect work with some widgets, for example Hot Topix: Carousel Widget. In this case you can use {:en}Widget Title{:}{:de}Widget Titel{:} notation

    Hi,

thanks for your support. I solved the widget issue using the notation you suggested.

    I have one more question:

Is there a way, or plugin, that allows to choose which widgets show in relation to the language used? (Some widgets for italian, others for english, and so on).

    Waiting for your reply.

    Best Regards.

    Hi,

thanks for replying. Dynamic widgets allows to add a language selector dropdown only using WPML plugin, not wpglobus o others. I looked for others similar plugins such as widget logic but they work only with their own plugins (WPML, Polylang and so on). Please, can you suggest any working with Wpglobus? Thanks

    Nicola
