4.16 update breaks Formidable Forms Captcha

    Updated BWS Captcha to 4.16 and Captcha no longer displays on Formidable Forms.

    I restored a backup of my site to localhost and Captcha works again.

    Updated BWS Captcha to 4.16 – Captcha no longer visible on FF.

    Deleted BWSC 4.16, re-installed 4.15 – Captcha works again.
