Bulk select gone WordPress 4.4?

    It is still there, but you may be seeing the grid view instead of the list view. Are you seeing just the images without any descriptions? At the top of the images you should see a couple drop-down boxes where you can narrow down the media and dates. You should see 2 icons just to the left of those. Try clicking the left-most icon to make sure you are in list view. Is this what you were looking for?
