    Open it in Chrome, press F12, then open Console tab.
    There you will find this error:

    Refused to display ‘https://ebook.3m.com/library/collingswood/EmbeddableTray/New%20Books’ in a frame because it set ‘X-Frame-Options’ to ‘SAMEORIGIN’.

    You are not allowed to embed this page.

    Try to contact the owners of ebook.3m.com and show this error to them.

    Thanks for responding so quickly. I’ve followed up with the vendor and they’re working on it.

    If we run into any related issues, I’ll report them in this thread. Assuming this is the last post in this thread, it’s safe to call this issue resolved.
