S3 Uploads Multiuser

Hi,

I want to make an online LMS where multiple user/instructors can upload their videos frontend. How can I achieve that each Uploader has its own media Library? So when he uploads and embedds content he should only be able to use his own content. I fount that S3 would be a good solutions but I didnt’ found a proper plugin.
