3D Secure Error

  • We are using your plugin on one of our client websites, but few hours back an issue arose when a client tried to do a purchase. It worked fine in Sage Test environment.

    This is the error that was received:
    The authentication callback message was MALFORMED. No 3D-Authentication occurred!

    We have 3D Secure enabled in plugin back end and sagepay admin.
