    Thanks for reporting this. Do you have any additional information as to when the PHP Warning shows up? I assume it is on a single post (of some post type), with a non-hierarchical taxonomy set as the hierarchy to display. Is this correct? Is this post not a member of any terms for the selected taxonomy?

    For the second issue, the alignment issue has been fixed for a few days now in the git master branch (will make 5.3.1). I’m just holding off the release until Monday to catch any other bugs that pop up (such as the PHP warning you are seeing).
