Can't log in to wordpress after 4.4 update

    Hi guys, I need help here
    I’ve received an e-mail that my wordpress has been updated to 4.4, and since today I can’t login to the backend of my website. (www.cuckoopress.com) When I go to the log in page, I type in my log in info, and the fields just go blank again.
    I’ve reset my password, and nothing. I’ve cleared everything in cache history, nothing.
    I’ve tried different browser, nothing.
    I typed in again the log in url (www.cuckoopress.com/wp-admin) than I got in, but when I go to edit my posts, it goes back to log in page. I went to deactivate plugins, but it won’t let me, since it also goes back to log in page.

    I don’t know if there’s a way to do this through hostgator c-panel, but if there’s please explain step by step. Don’t use too much fancy words

    Unfortunately I don’t have backups (Stupid me I guess)

    The website is up and running, I just can’t log in to do anything.

    Help pleaseeeee

  • Try:
    – switching to the default theme automatically by renaming your current theme’s folder inside wp-content/themes and adding “-old” to the end of the folder name using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides.

    – resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin.

    Thanks….I managed to deactivate all the plugins, now I’m back.
