Cimy Users Extra Fields page is blank

Hi!
I’ve got a WordPress multisite. I tried to installed by two forms Cimy Users with the tutorial WordPress MU, but always that i go to Users Extra Fields page, this page is blank. The plugin works, but i can`t change the fields.
Any idea?
