could you check if when you uncheck Mousewheel scrolling, the site will work properly?

I found the cause of the problem. It’s my theme conflicting with the jquery mousewheel. Is the jquery mousewheel only responsible for the Mousewheel scrolling feature? I excluded the js file and it still work fine. If it is safe to do so, I think I can make do with that temporary solution for now.

with some of themes/plugins it might cause the problems. In the newest version of this plugin, is a option to disable “Mousewheel scrolling” so please update.
