  • Hi there, is there a reason you think it’s related to WP Smush?

Can you give us a link to a broken site? What do the image urls link to? Is the media actually present on your server?

Aaron, The only reason that I determined it is WP Smush is because the images were visable on the site as well as in he media library prior to installing and Sumshing.
I received a call last evening from a older lady that I building a little site for her cat rescue, letting me know that there were “no pictures”. I checked the site and found that the images all had the broken image icon.
This morning I went into the site and found that non of the images were showing in the media library either, they all display the broken image icon as well.
The url I am referring to is: https://4catssake.com
I don’t know what the image urls link to. I just upload an image to the media library and then add it into he content.
I don’t know where the images actually exist, bu I think they must be on the server because my host name cheap asked me to used your plugin.
    Thank you, Jim R
