NextGen: Can't insert gallery in post or page

    Hey!

    Since a while I can’t insert a gallery (or album) with the green symbol in a post or page. When I select gallery as source type, the field to enter the name of the gallery isn’t shown. When I select album as source type, my albums are shown and can be selected. But if I click on “Save” nothing happens.

    WordPress and NextGen are up to date.

    I tried to deactive all other plugins – unfortunately no difference.

    Have anyone an idea how to solve this problem?

    @steff3107 – Does the same thing happen if you temporarily switch to a default WordPress Twenty series theme?

    Hey!
    I switched to a WP default theme and deactivated every plugin but NextGen Gallery. But unfortunately the problem still exists.

    @steff3107 – Please try the Reset Option under Gallery > Other Options … this may help to sorts things out. If it does not appear to change anything then please try our external Reset Tool plugin here: https://bitbucket.org/photocrati/nextgen-gallery-reset/get/default.zip

    To install and activate, go to Plugins > Add New … Upload Plugin
    To use, go to Tools > NextGEN Gallery Reset

    We do not offer specific support for the Reset Tool plugin as is but it can help in many circumstances, please let us know if it does.
