Difference betweem log in adn log out

Sorry about my english.
I really need some help about my problem.
If i am editing a page, log in, the shortcode: su-spoiler from shortcode version 4.9.8.1 woks well.
But if i am accessing the site, with any navigator, it doesn`t work. Look like it is a link.
I must decide what to do. If i keep the plugin or change for another one.

Now i realize that is happening with 3 differents sliders plugin: meta slider, master slider and slideshow
