WooCommerce Email Order Confirmation

Hello everyone!

I have a client who has a woocommerce site, and I’m trying to configure the emails so they look good. The one template I’m having trouble with (not liking the look of) is called ‘Order Confirmation’, that is when I receive the test confirmation email in my inbox. However, when I go to the email settings in Woocommerce, the php files aren’t the same layout as what I’m receiving, odd.

And if I go to the order itself, and specifically send out the order emails, ie. ‘processing, complete, refunded, invoice, etc.’, I get beautiful looking emails. So then what am I receiving when the order gets placed.
