    Hi Richy,

    Please go to Appearance > Editor and select header.php on the right.

    There should only be one call to wp_nav_menu (this is what outputs the menu on the page), but I think you have 2 calls to it in your theme. Take a backup of the file (copy and paste the contents somewhere safe) and delete the second wp_nav_menu call.
