No Access Page Not Working

The “No Access” section of my Download Monitor plugin isn’t working. I’ve got it set to go to the “No Access” page, and I’ve got the [dlm_no_access] shortcode on that page, but it keeps redirecting to the home page.

https://www.reellifewithjane.com/members-area/Premium members should be able to access that page. Non-Premium Members should get a message directing them to a page where they can sign up to be a Premium Member, but it takes them back to the home page.
