Theme test not starting

    Hi everyone,

    I got this plugin because the option to split test whole themes sounds amazing!

    However, I have trouble getting it to work on my free trial. The experiment is shown as running in the Nelio dashboard, but it doesn’t collect any pageviews. Also, I cannot see the alternatives being actually shown when using different devices and deleting cookies/private browsing.

    What did I miss? Do certain tests only work with a paid subscription?

    Hi Buynai!

    Thanks for getting in touch and for giving our service a try. In principle, all tests are available to all free trial users, which means your Theme experiment should be working.

    Could you please tell me the site in which you’re trying to run the test? I’d like to see what’s amiss.

    Hi David,

    Thanks for the quick reply!

    The theme test is working now. I think all that happened is that there is a delay of a couple of minutes before the experiment goes live and starts reporting. After a while I could see the alternatives on the page and the statistics coming in.
