Membership access not removed upon refund/cancellation

Hi there,
We’re using PMPro alongside Woocommerce and it’s working great.
One issue we are experiencing is that refunding a user or cancelling an order does not revoke that user’s access to protected content.
The refund/cancellation is being done directly through the woocommerce orders console.
We’re on multisite if that matters.
Any ideas or solutions you can think of?
