    I left a message via contact form on the forum about receiving a refund for contact form generator last night Nevada time USA. It was purchased through a debit card via Pay Pal, but not from Pay Pal account. I left my name that is on the card and stated if you need the card info let me know. I did not want to send card info if I did not have to. I did not hear back and wondered when refund would go into effect?
