Need suggestion – Calendar

I need help in finding the correct plugin for my needs. Here is what I am looking for:

A calendar which I can do the following
– Have single events (1 person can schedule at a time)
– Have group events (up to x people can register)
– Block out private times
– View from other devices like iPhone
– Accept deposit or payment for classes.

Basically it’s for a service provider who does private and group lessons.
