media upload

  • i cannot upload media file in my wordpress site
    error is
    An error occurred in the upload. Please try again later.
    please guide how to resolve

  • Check if the uploads folder i writable by wordpress.

    you can try by deactivating all plugins and switch to default wp theme, and if the problem resolves then try to debug by activating plugins 1 by 1 to check which plugin is causing issue, if its not plugin may be theme.
