Tags: List Instead of Dropdown

I upgraded to 2.3 over the weekend. The upgrade went perfectly. I was very pleased with how well WP imported all the tags I had used in UTW.
One thing I miss greatly, however, is the list of tags that UTW provided when writing a post. All my tags were displayed. All I had to do was click on those that were appropriate to the post.
I found a plugin that I can select the tags from a dropdown list. It is tedious.
Does anyone know of a plugin that will display all the posts as one drafts a post? If so, I am interested.
