    Thanks a lot for pointing out this issue. I just tested and found that even after I delete an order from backend but when I click on “Show orders” from Sales Report table, the order still shows. I am working on this issue and would update you soon.

    @Seizart- Tech team has confirmed thaT this issue would be fixed in the next update itself so would keep this thread open till then.

    This become an urgency for me , how can i manually delete those commission in database? because orders are deleted now but there are still counted on commission.

    There should be a rule to delete commissions if order is not completed, or goes from completed to cancelled ,trash ore something

    You are very correct. We were planning to fix this issue in next update but as you need this fix urgently, I would get you a modified version of tje plugin within next 24 hours. I couldn’t cut down the time as it’s already night time here.

    Thanks for your patience. It took more time than initially expected as there were many small issues that surfaced while fixing the trash one.     One question… what is happenning when order is cancelled , commission is cancelled too ?

    Another question is do you have integration with stripe?

    Commission is cancelled when an order is cancelled. On Vendor dashboard, cancellations are handled in 2 ways:

    a. If Order status is changed from processing to cancelled, the order doesn’t show on the dashboard at all.

    b. If order status is changed from completed to cancelled, the order shows on the dashboard but the commission status is tagged as “Reverse”.

    I m checking front end sales report [vendor_report] and they are complitely off.
    number of sales are wrong and total commission off too, for example i ordered a few orders with a coupon that gave me the product for free, it was still calculate in commission (and wrongly amount was doubled)

    Thanks for reaching out. Can you check the status of the setting panel under the Payment tab( Wp-admin>>WooCommerce>>WCMp>> Payment>> What to Pay: You would see a setting option ” Share Coupon Discount”. If this checkbox is checked, vendor commission is calculated after the discount( application of coupon code) whereas, by default, this is unchecked. This means vendor commission is calculated as per the rules set in the back-end and is independent of the discount coupon, admin is actually bearing the discount amount.

    Please check and let me know if this information clarifies the issue you are facing.
