    Hi everyone,
I installed the last version of wordpress and installed the plugin wordpress doctor and run a scan check. Since then I cannot access to the admin. A message is shown:

    Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, [email protected] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

I deleted the plugin and the themes. Then I deleted my blog and reinstalled it with a back up version but I still can’t access it.
Can someone help me with it?

    Thanks

  • Internal server errors (error 500) are often caused by plugin or theme function conflicts, so if you have access to your admin panel, try deactivating all plugins. If you don’t have access to your admin panel, try manually resetting your plugins (no Dashboard access required). If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

If that does not resolve the issue, try switching to the default theme for your version of WordPress to rule-out a theme-specific issue. If you don’t have access to your admin panel, access your server via FTP or SFTP, navigate to /wp-content/themes/ and rename the directory of your currently active theme. This will force the default theme to activate and hopefully rule-out a theme-specific issue.

If that does not resolve the issue, it’s possible that a .htaccess rule could be the source of the problem. To check for this, access your server via FTP or SFTP and rename the .htaccess file. If you can’t find a .htaccess file, make sure that you have set your FTP or SFTP client to view invisible files.

If you weren’t able to resolve the issue by either resetting your plugins and theme or renaming your .htaccess file, we may be able to help, but we’ll need a more detailed error message. Internal server errors are usually described in more detail in the server error log. If you have access to your server error log, generate the error again, note the date and time, then immediately check your server error log for any errors that occurred during that time period. If you don’t have access to your server error log, ask your hosting provider to look for you.

I don’t have access to my admin. I have tried resetting the plugin, the themes and renaming my .htaccess file and nothing is working.
    Here is what is written:
    for the server
    92.39.247.20 blackandbeautiful.fr – [01/Dec/2015:00:00:00 +0100] “POST /wp-login.php HTTP/1.1” 200 3364 “https://blackandbeautiful.fr/wp-login.php” “Mozilla/5.0 (Linux; U; Android 2.2) AppleWebKit/533.1 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/4.0 Mobile Safari/533.1”
    on the error

Who is your host provider? Maybe you should give them a ring about this.

    My host provider is OVH
I asked them and they said tht everything is normal and that there is still a link to my blog

Do you have a backup of your website before the error happened so that you can restore your website?

    (@missbb1)

Yes I deleted my blog on ftp and restored it but I still don’t have access to admin.
I noticed that the admin folder on ftp is empty even if I download all my files.

Do you know how can I resolve it

Your files are not uploading to the FTP?

I usually upload my files through ftp, but I can’t upload anything to the admin anymore.
