Anchor links not working

Hi all,

i am familiar with page jumps (anchor linkS) but for some reason my page don’t jump. I wrote a table of contents with the tag Example, and the destination <h2 id=”link”>Example</h2>.

When i click on the link it appears on the link bar (https://www.website.com/url/#link) but the page don’t jump to the location. This is the page:

if you try to click on the “5. Repertório” the page don’t jump to that point. What can i do?
