Some pre-sales questions

Hi,

I am studying the purchase of the plugin but have some questions about it. I am usually out of office but I would like to be able to talk to clients from my mobile phone. Is this possible at all?. Second, is there any desktop app that allows me to use the chat when not connected to the wp-admin screen?. Also, when connected to the WP-admin console and receiving a new chat, does it play any sound to call my attention?.
