Error: Return policy value is not valid. (#21916328)
This error is caused from using a return policy or a setting eBay no longer allows. Are you using a pre-configured “return policy” from eBay and selecting it in your listing profile? Or are you manually entering the returns information in the listing profile of WP-Lister?
If you want to use the return policy profiles, and not fill out the return policy in the listing profile, you can, but if it throws this error, you will need to go to eBay, and correct the settings in the eBay return policy that eBay no longer allows (you should call eBay and have a representative look over the policy and tell you which feature is invalid) Then browse to WP-Lister > Settings > Accounts > Mouse over your account > Click refresh account details, then revise / list the item.
If you are manually entering in the settings in your listing profile, simply try removing one option, or changing one setting then revising, until the error clears, you will then know what the invalid setting is.
