Moving website, need to migrate jetpack data & subscriptions

Dear Jetpack support,
I’m moving my website from here: https://jonathan-gration.our.dmu.ac.uk/
(a University hosted WordPress site, but attached to my WordPress.com account and Jetpack)
to here: https://historicinteriors.info/
How do I migrate the jetpack data and subscribers over to the new location?
