Can't access website, admin or dashboard, and blog is making unauthorised posts

I noticed random, unauthorised posts appearing on the blog section of my website so I deleted them and installed wordfence.
Now I no longer have access to my website except through the WP iphone app. Through this i’ve noticed that the random unauthorised posts are still appearing but I cannot turn off plugins through the app to diactivate wordfence and cleanup my site.
when i try to visit my website: https://www.raincrewuk.com or try to access the admin page: https://www.raincrewuk.com/admin, or https://www.raincrewuk.com/wp-admin I receive this message:
Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /var/www/vhosts/raincrewuk.com/httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/wordfence/wordfence.php:1) in /var/www/vhosts/raincrewuk.com/httpdocs/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 1207
When i try to login directly through wordpress.com/wp-admin, it appear that my username and/or password are not recognised.
I don’t use FTP and so everything is maintain directly through the wordpress site directly.
Can anyone help?
