Broken on 1.3?

Just updated to 1.3 and now the pages are broken. No tabs, just links. Also, anytime I try to actually edit or create a page, the bottom of the xpert tabs window is hanging at the top of the screen and I cannot dismiss or move it out of my way. Rolling back to previous version until fixed… Please address.
