Pass job_id from Manage jobs to candidate resume page

Hi,
How can we mail the job-id to the candidate/admin when the employer contacts the candidate through contact button on the resume page (using wp resume manager).

The candidate as well as admin should know which jobs the employers are contacting the candidate for!
