Visitor Rating not being saved

    Hi, thank you for using Yasr!

    Really strange, seems like jquery tooltip is not loaded.
    Can you please try to delete all the caches and then try to disable w3 total cache?

    I just did that and the same thing is happening.

    Uhm…we’ve two alternatives:

    1) the fast one is to disable the visitor votes dashicon (go in the yasr settings, and select “no” on “Do you want show stats for visitors votes?”
    This will make rating to work

    2) I’m almost sure there is a conflict somewhere: you could try to disable 1 by 1 the other plugins and try if Yasr will work.

    BTW – when I tried to to integrated the plugin without using shortcode, nothing showed up at all.

    Disabling visitor votes – doesn’t show anything at all.

    deactivating all plugins did not fix the issue.

    Issue solved. I had an issue with my theme and also I was using an old version of Jquery.
