Problem With Subscribe2 Template

I use “Subscribe 2” plugin for my new post notification system. Every week, this plugin sends out a list of new posts in such a format:
Example:
2 new posts have been published in the last week.The news about diet foods
https://www.mywebsite.com/diet-foods/The latest updates of Windows
https://www.mywebsite.com/latest-news-about-windows/Now I want to have a new template, but I couldn’t find out how to create this template. I searched the whole web, but I couldn’t find a web. I want those links to turn into HTML hyperlinks and also want the author names to be included. For example:
2 new posts have been published in the last week.
