Disabling Current Page on Breadcrumb Not Working

    Hello,

    When I uncheck “Include the paged breadcrumb in the breadcrumb trail” it still appears. I have tested on two different sites but it’s not removing the current page.

    Removing the link from this breadcrumb works, but not removing the current page. Checking or unchecking this box produces the same result.

    The paged breadcrumb is not the same as the current item. The paged breadcrumb displays when not on the first page of a resource that is split into several page (e.g. archives, pages, posts).

    The current item is the breadcrumb representing the current resource that you are on. It is considered bad form to remove this breadcrumb, hence no built in option for removing it. However, there is a way to remove it with a little add on code. Please see the Breadcrumb NavXT FAQ.
