Suggestion for toggle switch

    Would it be a good idea to have a toggle switch which could be sent via a query string, 

    e.g. www.mysite.com/shop/?hints=1
and www.mysite.com/shop/?hints=0

    Sure you can think of something better … but the idea would be that you could leave the plugin activated while developing, but have a helpful button in the WP Admin Bar which would reload the page by sending the query string attached to the current url and turn the template hints on, and then click the link in the Admin Bar again and turn them off.

    What do you think ?
