Cannot upload your product

    Hi,

    I just purchased the pro version and it would not upload… I then tried to extract so I could ftp and it said the file was corrupted. I tried to get support and your site is evasive and not helpful.

    I made a purchase and it doesn’t work. All I want is an item I can upload and use.
