How to display Add On Option Price

We have Add On’s that have cost associated with them so we are using the Pricing Field Option.

They are all showing up on the product page and working fine in the cart and checkout.

However, we want the cost of the option displayed in the label so the customer is aware of the additional cost ie;

This product has a Dimming Option with three choices:
None , 0-10v Dimming or Step Dimming.
We want the price associated with each of these options to display. None ($0.00)
0-10v Dimming $20.00
Step Dimming $115.00

This did display initially but after a few updates of the plugin, we realized that pricing was no longer displaying.
