Front page fine, all others blank after uploading sql

I am in the process of moving a client’s WP to another server. I got it up and running and everything was fine. I uploaded a SQL file in PHPMyAdmin with the posts and categories and that went fine. They all show up fine in Admin. The front page loads just fine. However, if I click on any link the page goes blank. Refresh it stays blank. I’m using WP 2.0.4 (because the client likes it and upgrades caused several plugins to break) with the Blue Tech theme, and am accessing it through Safari and FF on Mac and IE7 and FF on Windows XP. Any help would be appreciated.
