Import Froze at 69%, Restore from Backup is Frozen at 81%

Hi,
While attempting to import a ~290mb site, the import froze at 69% (I tried twice.) So I followed the tutorial on restoring from backup via FTP, and now that’s frozen at 81%. What next? Thanks!
