header image is being cut off and is no longer responive

    I am configuring the itek theme on a child theme, url:

    https://ecotestclient.com

    We have installed a header image with dimensions 1600 × 380 as recommended.

    As you will see, the text on the left side of image is cut off. Also, when checking on my android, the header is not responsive.

    Suggestions on how to solve this? Thanks in advance. Linda @iempoweru
