Mani, check the status of these orders. If, they are on hold then try changing them to processing and then check the reports section. The reason being that when you use payment methods like Bank Transfer or Cheque payment then WooCommerce marks these order on hold until they are manually changed. WCMp doesn’t consider on-hold payments for sales report as this can confuse the vendor and they can go ahead with fulfillment.

In case, you see the issue with orders marked as processing please drop me a mail at [ redacted, support is not offered via email, Skype, IM etc. only in the forums ] with wp-admin access details.

@dualcube, I’m am 100% sure you mean well but please never ask for credentials on these forums or log into user’s sites that way.

Now for the why: The internet is a wonderful place full of very nice people and a few very bad ones. I’m sure everyone here is very nice however, by giving some ones keys to your house you are trusting they won’t touch anything that they shouldn’t. People who give the keys out are not usually in a position to know what exactly was touched and what wasn’t. When something goes wrong with their house in future, the home owners may not be able to differentiate a problem with the work that was carried out with an irrelevant problem.

When something goes wrong with someone’s website, then you the author may well legally become liable for damages. This would not normally happen as their software is provided without warranty.

So please, don’t do that here.

@Andrew- Thanks for your guidance, I completely agree with your point and would take a note for all such future occurrences. Do you have any suggestions to tackle such scenarios without going into the back-end.

Thanks in advance for the help.

You can say that you’ve honestly tried and cannot resolve the issue via the forums, and you should take this privately to your own support avenues. You can do what you want privately.
