    I’ve got Yoast SEO running on our blog. Our blog is on a subdomain. I’d like to make sure the meta for the blog is showing a canonical back to our root domain, as that’s where we want all SEO benefit to go.

    So, how do I change:

    <link rel="canonical" href="https://blog.example.com"/>

    in the sitewide meta to just be:

    <link rel="canonical" href="https://example.com"/>' ?

    Or is that just silly. ??
