Looks like a CSS issue to me. You have got the element with the class .mk-main-wrapper-holder set to display: none;.

The page content is there is is just hidden at the moment.

Is there a simple way to change the title from “Archives”?

That is controlled from the template file in your theme – therefore better asking for support with the theme author there.

However you can of course place a archive-wpb_job.php file in your theme and your site will use that instead. You could base this on the archive.php file and change the heading. If you are going to do this I would create a child theme though then you won’t loose this file if your theme updates.
