Box not appearing

    I recently installed the plugin on my site. Set to box to show on three posts, but it doesn’t on my system, and on the other system, it shows up right at the bottom.

    I’ve tried this earlier once, with the same theme (Divi) and at 87% it popped right where i wanted it. Now, however, it’s popping way below.

    Please advise.

  • I’m having problems too and I′m using Divi – I can’t get the box just to show on the homepage.

    Hey All,

    If opens on other system (from which I assume other browsers or computers), then you would have setup a cookie. I would suggest deleting your cache/cookies and try again.

    Can you please share URL of your website where the pop-up needs to appear and a screenshot of the pop-up settings page?
