"Associate image with term" button fails after upgrade

    I have managed to recreate the issue.

    When you create a new term, clicking the “+” button to add an image immediately opens the old media manager in the full page – rather that the new media modal.

    If you refresh the page it works correctly.

    I’ll work on a fix for this.
