Visual editor shows no font sizes or font options

  • Hi guys,
    i need to edit some pages and I have the problem that my visual editor has no options to change the font size, you can see it here

    I need to be able to change the font size, and edit with the normal editor. I have refreshed my browser and many other tricks but I need to get this sorted.
    PLEASE HELP!
