Theme Install Failed

  • Bought a theme and used it for https://samesideentertainment.com a while ago.
    Tried to use it for new site but now it says

    Unpacking the package…

    Installing the theme…

    The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the index.php file.

    Theme install failed.

    and

    Unpacking the package…

    Installing the theme…

    The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the Style.CSS file.

    Theme install failed.

    When I go into the zip folder, I see the Style.CSS and the Index.PHP so what gives?
