upgrade error – error

    I just tried to upgrade to the newest version and the site itself still looks fine, but when I try to log in I get the following error. Please help. Site is https://robceemusic.com

    ETA: Now I’m getting this-

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function: wp_admin_css() in /home/robcee90/public_html/wp-admin/admin-header.php on line 20
