Image navigation arrows in slider

I would like to get rid of the image navigation arrows that appear on each side of the slider. I have searched the forums and tried all the code recommended to no avail. Maybe I am putting it in the wrong place? I am using a Canvas child theme and using WooCommerce 2.4.7. (Site in under construction, not up and running yet.) I’ve looked for an easy fix in the theme but can’t seem to find that, either. If you have any suggestions, please give lots of detail about where exactly to go/do, as I am a beginner at this.
